Entry 026 is a housing complex inspired by vernacular longhouse architecture with a futuristic edge. Highlights include 6.23 acres of rooftop public space, and 25 residential types - from micro studios to mansions.


Entry 030
Entry 030 shows a strong conceptual masterplan with its green roads, and efficient urban grid, which is highly pedestrian friendly. This entry is a mixed urban plan, with residential, retail, office and nature reserve zones.

Entry 014
Entry 014 is a mixed use development that creatively incorporates the site's natural stream. This entry includes shoplifts, hospitality and event spaces, a park, as well as high-rise residential and serviced apartment towers.
Entry 038
Entry 038 envisions "land bridges", featuring long-ish buildings, that touch the ground lightly. The proposal calls for six blocks of 12-storey buildings (and three additional car parks blocks), comprising flexible spaces suitable for apartments, sports, retail, urban farming and more.


Entry 046
Entry 046 proposes a river centric development, with waterfront residences at the back, with commercial spaces and public parks in front. Views from residential and commercial units are inward facing, highlighting the river. The vehicular access also smartly transverses both sides, adjoining other developments.
Entry 056
Entry 056 is a "Living with Air" masterplan that envisions a riverside community, featuring over 400 residences, rooftop gardens, family areas, and riverside shops. It combines nature with good, simple masterplanning. For instance, all apartments blocks are tilted away from direct sunlight. Also, the configuration ensures every unit is a corner unit.


Entry 058
Entry 058 preserves 76% of the forest and prioritises community well-being. Features include an elevated deck for actinides and a large infinity pool. With near net-zero carbon goals, it incorporates solar panels, rainwater harvesting and bioswales. Interestingly, this entry has one of the most sellable spaces in the shortlist.
Entry 087
Entry 087 fuses Sarawak's cultural heritage with nature-focused, sustainable design. This development emphasises bioclimatic features and shared environmental responsibility. It has apartments, commercial spaces, park and a community hall.


Entry 089
Entry 089 is one of the most bold of the shortlisted entries. It touches the ground lightly and calls for the adoption of prefabricated construction methods. This is mostly a residential proposal, and contains a low density of just 300 units. A beautiful scheme that catches the attention and promotes discussion.
Entry 106
Entry 106 is a nature-integrated proposal that blends residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. It takes inspiration from the airport and also Kuching's geography, including scenic mountain views. Key features are its wind-capturing crescent blocks, Duo-Air towers, wetlands for sustainability, and community spaces for cultural events.


Entry 127
Entry 127, AIRsquare, integrates longhouse-inspired communal design, promoting coexistence with nature through riverfront residences, eco-friendly materials, modular housing, and sustainable water management. Key features include public spaces, floating markets, and natural stormwater filtration to enhance community living.
